What Can You Expect?
- Improve your relationship building skills by learning and applying our proprietary Rainmaker System, a program combining elements from Keith Ferrazzi, author of Never Eat Alone, Marketing / Solution Selling skills from Ken Cook / Peer to Peer Advisors and Communication / Collaboration skills from Synectics, Inc.
- Become acutely goal-focused, concentrating on the markets and relationship opportunities that can deliver maximum results
- Collaborate with 10-12 peers who will become your Inner Circle of "go-to" individuals for input, feedback, connections and warm referrals and introductions.
How Does It Work? The Rainmaker System is the foundation of a Rainmaker Group. Delivery is a combination of two workshops on the system and nine monthly meetings where the group members literally function as Connectors and a Board of Advisors for each other. There are no competitors in the same group. Confidentiality is paramount; each participant is bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement. The program and meeting elements are:
- Skills Development -- Two one-half day workshops over a two month period on the Rainmaker System and 30 minute refreshers in each of the nine meetings
- Relationship Development -- 90 minutes per meeting focused on connections, strategies, and tactics in order to help all members expand their respective web of relationships and volume of warm referrals.
