Peer to Peer Leadership Groups
These groups are for business leaders looking for relationships and support from peers in order to be better at what they do. Membership is reserved for the business leader that has people, profit, and production responsibility. Through a detailed matching / alignment process, we connect you with 10-15 well-matched peers where all of you would benefit from your shared experiences and expertise. Each group meets monthly for two hours, using a well-facilitated structure and format that is dynamic and responsive to current needs. Our highly experienced facilitators build meeting agendas and discussion items focused on current and timely issues important to the group members. The members are a sounding board, release valve, expert and experienced resource and safe haven for each other.
Peer to Peer's Dedicated Board of Advisors
This is a custom designed Board of Advisors for an individaul company. We explore the industry, business model and goals of the ownership and then source 2-4 well-matched business leaders who have already achieved success and can lend particuarly relevant expertise and experience to the situation. All advisors have either successfully built and exited from an entrepreneurial concern or operated at the highest levels of a Fortune 1000 business. This dedicated Board of Advisors helps the business leader(s) devleop strategic and tactical plans for moving the company forward, and meets and holds accountable the leaders for results.
The Man in the Hole (Excerpt from Back Cover of "The Wisdom of Our Peers")
An entrepreneur fell into a hole and couldn't get out. A consultant passed by and the man yelled up to him -- "hey, could you help me out here?" The consultant diagrammed a matrix on how to get out, tossed it down (along with an invoice), and kept going on his way. A legislator walked by and the man yelled -- "hey, can you help?"
