This list of principles sets the framework for participation in Peer to Peer Advisors. Members recognize that Peer to Peer Advisors are committed to helping one another grow and improve their respective businesses. As a result, we honor these fundamental principles:

Power of Collaboration -- Nobel Prize winners James Watson and Francis Crick are credited with discovering the double-helix structure of DNA. Watson, on the fiftieth anniversary of the event, stated that he and Crick cracked the elusive DNA code not because they were the smartest people pursuing the answer. Rather, it was because they weren’t the smartest people pursuing the answer. Watson felt the smartest was Rosalind Franklin, a brilliant British scientist. The difference was that Franklin worked alone, seldom seeking outside advice. Watson and Crick often collaborated, looking for answers beyond their knowledge and experience. Collaboration works, and it works better than going it alone. That’s why collaboration is the key to the tone of Peer to Peer meetings.
